The image of the typical tradesman is being challenged by both business and residential clients, with an expectation that both them and their property is treated with respected.
This course provides tradesmen and women with the understanding that giving great customer service is an integral part of their job and gives them the core skills to do this, resulting in positive interactions with their customers. This change in attitude and behaviour can lead to an increase in trust and confidence in the tradesperson, increasing the chances of further work opportunities.
