“CFA’s methodology is surprisingly simple and relies upon real life “shadowing” of the individuals concerned as opposed to being a prescriptive framework to ensure employees follow some predefined path.
Having gone through the shadowing phase, each employee has “best practice” concepts explained to them based on their actual job need as indicated in the shadowing exercise so that the required changes make sense to the individual and the advantages relate to their specific roles, creating immediate ‘buy in’ from their teams, as in many cases it makes their roles easier.
So successful was this process that it was decided relatively early on to introduce a culture change throughout the business.”
